Sketchbook work is an essential part of my process, a time to let go, to intuitively create. It will always start with a drawing. I then like to push it in all directions, exploring unusual colour combinations and compositions, cutting and layering, unleashing its potential and creating a disturbance. I usually take a multi-disciplinary approach, from analogue to digital, always searching for the perfectly imperfect juxtaposition.
